The Vysočina region is divided into 5 district districts and is the "most placid" part of the republic, in this unique region we can find several places that have won a place on the UNESCO list. It is, for example, the pilgrimage church of St. Jana Nepomuckého on the Green Mountain, the historical center of Telč and the Basilica of Sts. Prokop together with the Jewish quarter in Třebíč. Pilgrimage places include Křemešník Hill. In the region there are two protected landscape areas, which are Žďárské vrchy and Železné hory.

Another interesting place is the stone bridge in Žďár nad Sázavou. Amongst the castles are the castle Polná, Chotěboř or Budišov. The castles, which are worth seeing, are Kamen, Orlík and Ledec nad Sázavou.

The Mařenka lookout tower is suitable for lovers of heights and prospects in the region. And for those who are still children in the heart, the Svratka Fairy Village is nearby.

The natural monuments in Vysočina include Tisůvka, Prosička and Maršálek.

In Pelhřimov you will find the Chapel of the Holy Cross - Kalvárie, the Třebíč Větrný mlýn or the Future Park near Havlíčkův Brod.
